The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) held its Annual National Convention and General Membership Meeting on November 11–12, 2025 at the Forbes Ballroom, Conrad Hotel, Pasay City, under the theme “Bridging Generations, Building Futures: Growth, Succession, and Governance in Rural Banking.”
As one of the official exhibitors, LandTrax actively participated in the convention, engaging with rural bank leaders and stakeholders to discuss innovative approaches, industry best practices, and solutions that support the growth and sustainability of rural banking.
During the two-day event, LandTrax representatives shared insights on modernizing operations, improving efficiency, and strengthening governance in rural banks. Topics of discussion included title transfer, title verification, property registration, registration of real estate mortgage, cancellation of real estate mortgage, and RPT management, reflecting LandTrax’s commitment to helping institutions streamline critical land and property processes.
LandTrax also offered a glimpse of its upcoming digital portal, set to launch next year, which aims to provide further support for rural banks and stakeholders in managing land and property transactions efficiently. By sharing these insights and best practices, LandTrax reinforced its mission to empower rural banking institutions with knowledge and solutions that ensure reliable property management, while equipping the sector to embrace digital innovations, adapt to evolving regulatory requirements, and meet the growing demands of clients and communities alike.
